Pickup/drop-off location?

Tour the West, based in Boulder, Colorado, accommodates travelers throughout the Front Range region. We provide convenient pick-up in Boulder, with service available from Denver and other surrounding areas upon agreement.

What should I bring?

• Walking shoes

• Sunglasses

• Hat

• A waterproof outer layer

• Clothes for both a hot and cold day (temperatures can range from 30°F to 90°F)

• A reusable water bottle

• A camera

What is the cancelation policy?

To cancel your reservation please email us directly at info@beartoothtours.com. If we receive your cancellation 24 hours before the start of the tour, you can expect a full refund. If it is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, a refund will not be provided.

We do understand there are situations beyond people's control. We will accommodate to allow people to move their reservation if possible. We are not able to refund the transaction fee. Beartooth Tours reserves the right to cancel or move the tour to another time and date.

Is food included?

All tours include a light breakfast, a catered lunch, a variety of snacks, and water. After booking, our team will send you a meal preference form so each guest can customize their lunch.

Are entrance fees included?

Yes, all entrance fees will be covered for all guests.

Can babies join?

Yes! We love kids of all ages.

If your child requires a car seat or booster, please let us know in advance. Parents are responsible for bringing and installing the appropriate seat for use in our vehicle.

How much should I tip the guide?

Prices do not include guide gratuity (we suggest 15% - 18%).
